Italian Police arrest Anonymous cell in Switzerland
Italian police have carried out 32 raids across the country and fingered the collar of three people, including a minor, who are suspected of being the Italian leaders of the Anonymous hacker group.
State Police claim they have arrested the « the promoter » and some leading figures of the Italian cell of « Anonymous », the hacker group. So far no names have been released. Read more
US soldier Bradley Manning held in inhuman conditions
It is difficult to get in to see the imprisoned Bradley Manning, who is currently kept in chains as though he were a wild animal. However David House regularly sets out for the military prison holding the diminutive (5ft 2in) US army private. House, a 23-year-old computer researcher friend from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, leaves Boston every couple of weeks on a Friday afternoon after work: « I immediately run home and grab my army rucksack, throw in a bunch of socks and loose clothing, hop on an Amtrak train to Washington DC. Des télégrammes qui trahissent une profonde irritation envers le chef du gouvernement italien, suspecté à demi-mots et sans preuve claire de favoriser ses propres intérêts dans les contrats gaziers passés entre les deux pays.
